There’s more to an assessment than just the numbers

The My Republic feature of our website allows the athlete to access the Athlete Information Management System (AIMS). There is no comparison in the industry to the powerful database of athletic assessment scores that Athletic Republic has amassed across the country and over the last several years. For the athlete, this means they can take their individual assessment results and compare where they are to other athletes the same age or in the same sport or across a variety of different parameters. How do you compare to the best 16 year old football athletes across the country? My Republic and the AIMS system allow you to see just that.

Much like the standardized assessment tests (SAT’s) do for English, Math and Science categories; the AIMS system allows you to see the percentile breakdown for each assessment test and understand your strengths and weaknesses better. Powered with this information, an athlete can work thorough our program and reach the athletic potential they need to achieve success.

More than just a comparison tool, the assessment and subsequent reports allow our coaching staff to properly plan the training program for each athlete to ensure we deliver measurable RESULTS that will have an impact on your performance. Just like your GPS needs a starting point to plot the route to your destination, the athlete assessment allows us to chart the path you need to achieve your individual success.
